Hey Elda,
ReplyDeleteGood plan with a noble reason. As teachers we tend to get frustrated with students who act out in the classroom for no aparent reason to us until we investigate and find that the student in question has needs or issues. We need to help those students and be understanding of them and their needs. The only thing that I might change to your plan is the teaching of techniques privately. I think all students would benifit from those techniques and it would take help take the stigma from those individual students. Another concern would be when would you have the time to teach those techniques to a student if your were to do so on a one to one basis?
